Highly recommended. Gets too technical somtimes but a must read for awareness on the dangers of ultra processed foods.

My weekly workouts is mix of

👊 Long Runs ( All in Aerobic Zone - follow MAF )
🏃 Interval RUNS / Fartlek Trainings / Tempo Runs
👍 Yoga + Foam Rolling + Mobility
🏃 Progression ( Negative Splits) running
👍 Core workouts

My target for weekly runs is approx 30km.
I try to run 100 km a month.

Mountaineering

I have done summit for all 3 peaks of UK along with my wife and my son ( when he as 9 years)
